We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful clients for the generous support they have shown over the years. As a result of our growth and our recurring clients' requests for additional site maintenance, we have been running well over capacity for some time now. In order to provide our existing clients with the level of service they have come to expect, we will not be taking on any new design clients.

We will remain open for hosting and maintenance of our existing clients, and have no plans to change that agreement.

Summer is in full swing and so is our design business. Seems like our design clients come in cycles, requiring us to do some fancy time juggling to accomodate as many people as possible. We have recently finished Phase 1 of a major ongoing project with two more phases to be completed by November. We have 2 other clients with ongoing work being completed on their sites, and we have 2 more clients waiting in the wings for some work on 4 other websites. Every one of these clients are repeat customers who have come back to us for more work. It's a good feeling to know that your work is appreciated and valued, and we value our customers in return.

I would like to extend a sincere thanks to all our loyal customers for making this our busiest summer yet. Here's to many more to come.

Due to a security issue we have identified with our last Webmail application, we have opted to remove the old Webmail from our server in order to protect our customers from potential problems. As a result of this sudden change, we have been forced to implement a new Webmail software very quicky so as to not disrupt our service further. Our new Webmail site is currently up and running at http://webmail.osatek.com . The update addresses the following issues:

- Login timeout window has been set to 30 minutes. This should help ensure that long email messages typed are not lost.
- Sent folder now properly shows sender information and subject.
- All new graphical interface with advanced navigation features (including drag and drop into folders! )
- Fully database driven for fast recovery in the event of a failure, and higher security

There are some unique features to the new webmail software that differ from most other Webmail software.
- After login, your mailbox will show your old email while it downloads the new mail in the background. Click on the inbox to get your new mail approximately 30 seconds after logging in (just like "send and receive" in Outlook)
- You can now drag and drop messages into your folders
- To open a new email message in full view, you must double click on the message in the list

We are very excited about this new software, and feel it is currently the best email solution for our customers. However, we have not had the time to extensively test this new software.
